    GA20 will be held on 22 November 2023 at 7:30 PM (GMT+7).

    Registration starts on 25 October 2023 and ends on 17 November 2023 at 5:00 PM (GMT+7). Registration link will be provided on 25 October 2023.
  3. When can I start casting my e-votes?
    Advanced E-Voting starts on 25 October 2023 and closes forty-eight (48) hours before GA20 at 7:30 PM (GMT+7) on 20 November 2023. Live E-Voting will be carried out during the GA20 meeting. Registration link will be provided on 25 October 2023.
  4. When can I start submitting resolutions?
    The call for resolutions submission starts on 23 August 2023 and closes on 13 Sep 2023 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

    The call for nominations for the Board Election submission starts on 23 August 2023 and closes on 13 September 2023 at 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

    Nomination can be made for either yourself or other Ordinary members from the same membership sector. If you are nominating someone else, please ensure that you have checked with the person and they have agreed to be nominated.
