What registration types are available for GA23?
There are three registration types depending on member eligibility:
- E-Voting: Allows designated representatives of Ordinary Members to vote electronically (in-person or virtually) during GA23 or cast advance e-votes. Each Ordinary membership number can only register for E-Voting once.
- Proxy: A proxy is appointed when an organisation is unable to exercise its own voting rights, either through advance e-voting or during the GA. The proxy appointment is therefore made to another eligible organisation, not to an individual from within the same organisation. If someone from the member organisation is able to vote on its behalf, there would be no need to appoint a proxy.
- Observer: For non-voting members attending the GA. This applies to Affiliate and Supply Chain Associate members, as well as additional representatives of Ordinary Members who are not voting.
How do I join the GA23 as an observer?
All RSPO members in good standing may attend GA23 physically or virtually as Observers. This includes Affiliate and Supply Chain Associate members, as well as additional representatives of Ordinary Members who are not voting.
