Notice

Notice is hereby given that the 23rd General Assembly (GA23) of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) members will be held at Swissôtel Jakarta PIK Avenue, Jakarta, Indonesia and virtually on Wednesday, 4 November 2026, at 3:00 PM (GMT+7) for the following purposes:

1. Approval of the Audited Financial Statements of RSPO for the financial year ended 30 June 2026.
2. To vote for the following resolutions:

   Resolution GA23-2a: Re-appointment of Deloitte PLT as the Auditors of RSPO for the Financial Year Ending 30 June 2027.

   Resolution GA23-2b: Resolution to Amend the RSPO Statutes to Adopt a Revised Membership Fee Structure.

   Resolution GA23-2c: Temporary Moratorium on RSPO Certification for New Independent Smallholders Until Clear and Practical Market Development Strategies for Independent Smallholders are Available.

   Resolution GA23-2d: Resolution to Secure RSPO as a Multistakeholder Forum and Ensure the Sustained Participation of NGOs and Smallholders.

3. To elect or approve the Board of Governors for the following seats.

   (A) Oil Palm Growers

   • Rest of the World

     Foresta Foods Corporation, represented by the principal José Roberto Montenegro Baide and the alternate members being SIPEF Group represented by the alternate Sander van den Ende, Univanich Palm Oil Public Company Limited represented by the alternate Harry Brock and Olam Group Limited represented by the alternate Quentin Meunier the two-year term of which is expiring and Quentin Meunier is not available for re-election.
     
     Three nominations were received.
     
     Foresta Foods Corporation, represented by the principal José Roberto Montenegro Baide and the alternate members being SIPEF Group represented by the alternate Sander van den Ende, Univanich Palm Oil Public Company Limited represented by the alternate Harry Brock and SIAT SA represented by the alternate Florent Robert.
     
     Daabon Group, represented by the principal Felipe Miguel Guerrero Zuñiga, and the alternate member being vacant.
     
     Compañia Industrial Aceitera Coto Cincuenta y Cuatro S.A, represented by the principal Santiago Cortés Riveros and the alternate members being SOCFIN SA represented by the alternate Thomas Lavreys.

   (B) Processors and/or Traders

   AAK AB, represented by the principal Caroline Westerik-Sikking and the alternate member being Cargill Incorporated represented by the alternate Laila Joan Wilfred (Laila Wilfred), the two-year term of which is expiring is available for re-election.
   
   Another nomination was received.
   
   3F Industries Limited represented by the principal nominee K. Srinivasa Murthy and the alternate nominee being S. Murali Mohan Siva Kumar.

   (C) Consumer Goods Manufacturers

   The Procter & Gamble Company, represented by the principal Dian Kurniasih Wahyusari (Dian Wahyusari) and the alternate member being Ferrero International S.A. represented by the alternate Martin Kupcik, the two-year term of which is expiring is available for re-election. There were no other nominations received.
   
   The interim principal of the incumbent Board of Governor member UNILEVER PLC being Andika Putraditama is up for approval by the General Assembly.

   (D) Retailers

   Retailers’ Palm Oil Group, represented by the principal Julian Walker-Palin and the alternate member being vacant, the two-year term of which is expiring is available for re-election. There were no other nominations received.
   
   No nomination was received for the vacant seat. The Board of Governors is therefore authorised under Article 11(i) of the Statutes to designate in writing an (interim) substitute until the next General Assembly meeting.

   (E) Banks and Investors

   No nominations were received. The Board of Governors is therefore authorised under Article 11(i) of the Statute to designate in writing an (interim) substitute until the next General Assembly meeting.

   (F) Environmental or Nature Conservation Organisations

   WWF International, represented by the principal Kamal Prakash Seth and the alternate member being Conservation International represented by the alternate Melissa Savy (Melissa Thomas), the two-year term of which is expiring is available for re-election. There were no other nominations received.

   (G) Social or Development Organisations

   Both ENDS, represented by the principal Paulus Salomon Wolvekamp (Paul Wolvekamp) and the alternate member being Federasi Serikat Buruh Kehutanan, Perkebunan dan Pertanian Serikat Buruh Sejahtera Indonesia (Hukatan) represented by the alternate Nursanna Marpaung, the two-year term of which is expiring is available for re-election. There were no other nominations received.
   
   The interim principal of the incumbent Board of Governor member Pemangkin Research Sdn Bhd being Andrew Charles Bernard Aeria (Andrew Aeria) is up for approval by the General Assembly.
   

All Board of Governors seats must be voted on including seats that have a single nomination. Only members in the relevant sectors or sub-sectors are eligible to vote in the Board of Governors elections.
