Notice is hereby given that the 22nd General Assembly (GA22) of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) members will be held at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and virtually on Wednesday, 5 November 2025, at 3:00 PM (GMT+8) for the following purposes:
- To receive and adopt the Treasurer’s Report and the RSPO’s financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025.
- To vote for the following resolutions:
Resolution GA22-2a: Change of Auditors.
Resolution GA22-2b: Resolution to Amend the RSPO Statutes for the Establishment of an Executive Committee under the Revised Governance Framework.
