Summary of Nominee Profile

Martin Kupcik is the Global Category Lead for Fats and Oils at Ferrero, currently based in Singapore. Since joining Ferrero in 2017, Martin was leading Global Procurement hazelnut sourcing strategy and transformation within Ferrero Hazelnut Company (HCo) in Luxembourg. Martin relocated to Singapore in October 2023 and assumed leadership of Raw Material Procurement for Ferrero Asia Pacific, while also overseeing global responsibility for Fats and Oils, Coconut, and Tea.With over 20 years of international procurement experience, Martin has held various strategic sourcing and category leadership roles at local, regional, and global levels gaining extensive international experience and deep expertise in strategic procurement. Martin began his career in 2003 at Danone in the Czech Republic as Packaging Procurement Manager and moved to the company’s global headquarter in Paris in 2009 into Raw Material team to manage and lead progressively different raw material categories. Following a series of corporate integrations, Martin continued his procurement leadership journey at Kraft Foods and later Mondelez, where he was responsible for driving sourcing strategy, operational transformation, and post-merger synergies across global supply networks.
