- Water stewardship – Water mapping, water conservation , water balance and accounting;
- Waste circularity- Waste mapping, WESAP, ideation to execution for meeting the targets on waster circularity;

He is currently responsible for the procurement of oleochemicals and petrochemicals and supply chain sustainability for Galaxy Surfactants Ltd. He has experience in working on improving the palm oil traceability, waste reduction and RSPO compliance. He is working on projects for setting the SBTi scope 3 targets, ensuring NDPE supplies and forest risk assessment.
During his tenure in Galaxy Surfactants Ltd., Pankaj has led supply chain efficiency projects and is responsible for commercial risk management. He is also experience in vendor audits and evaluation.
