Based in Singapore, Dian Wahyusari is a Director in Global Product Stewardship at Procter & Gamble. She leads safety and regulatory readiness across P&G Chemicals worldwide and sustainability stewardship strategy, priority, and efforts across the P&G’s three-pillar palm sustainability program on supply chain management, independent smallholder initiative, and industry standard and approach development. Her role places her at the intersection of regulatory compliance, sustainability governance, and commercial continuity, giving her direct operational insight into how sustainability standards are implemented across a global supply chain of diverse markets and suppliers.
Since early 2026, Dian has served on the RSPO Smallholder Working Group and the Jurisdictional Approach Working Group, contributing directly to the development of standards and approaches that will shape the future of sustainable palm oil production. This standard-setting experience is grounded in over years of corporate leadership: Dian joined P&G in Indonesia in 2004 and has been based in Singapore since 2008, where her responsibilities have expanded to encompass global chemical management, regulatory strategy, safety and sustainability stewardship, and upstream technology governance across multiple product categories.
Dian brings systems-level thinking to sustainability governance, with fluency in lifecycle assessment, verification and certification frameworks, and claims governance, combined with a track record of building external credibility with regulators, certification bodies, and industry stakeholders. She leads geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams of professionals across countries to anticipate emerging standards and regulations, define comply-or-advocate strategies, and build the governance models, both practical and digital, that protect market continuity while enabling responsible innovation.

Summary of Nominee Profile
Martin Kupcik is the Global Category Lead for Fats and Oils at Ferrero, currently based in Singapore. Since joining Ferrero in 2017, Martin has been leading Global Procurement hazelnut sourcing strategy and transformation within Ferrero Hazelnut Company (HCo) in Luxembourg. Martin relocated to Singapore in October 2023 and assumed leadership of Raw Material Procurement for Ferrero Asia Pacific, while also overseeing global responsibility for Fats and Oils, Coconut, and Tea.
With over 20 years of international procurement experience, Martin has held various strategic sourcing and category leadership roles at local, regional, and global levels, gaining extensive international experience and deep expertise in strategic procurement. Martin began his career in 2003 at Danone in the Czech Republic as Packaging Procurement Manager and moved to the company’s global headquarters in Paris in 2009 to join the Raw Material team to manage and lead different raw material categories. Following a series of corporate integrations, Martin continued his procurement leadership journey at Kraft Foods and later Mondelez, where he was responsible for driving sourcing strategy, operational transformation, and post-merger synergies across global supply networks.
